Terms of use
Handle is a companion for people on a GLP‑1 treatment prescribed by a clinician. Using it means agreeing to the following.
Handle is not your clinician
Handle records what you tell it and reflects it back. It never diagnoses, never decides a dose, and never tells you to increase, decrease, hold, stop, restart, repeat or catch up a dose. When it says something is worth raising with your care team, or worth urgent assessment, that is a routing of what you reported — not a diagnosis. Every decision about your medication is yours and your prescriber’s.
If you think you need urgent medical help, contact your care team or your local urgent care service. Handle calls nobody for you.
Your record is yours
What you enter is accurate only as far as you make it. You can review your recorded treatment in Handle. The privacy notice says what is stored and how it is deleted.
Your account
You must be 18 or over, and the account must be your own. Keep your sign‑in to yourself; Handle cannot tell you apart from someone holding your phone. You can delete the account, and everything under it, from Account at any time.
The service
Handle is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it is available, complete or correct at a given moment. It may change or be withdrawn. Daily recording and safety guidance remain free. Handle Premium provides the paid features described below.
